The HS-600-B Fully Automatic Six-Sided Vacuum Shaping Packaging Machine integrates the entire process functions of automated bagging, bag supply, and metering. Equipped with an intelligent recognition system, it can achieve simultaneous or independent production of two boxes, greatly improving operational flexibility. The machine uses custom-made composite film packaging bags and stabilizes the relative vacuum℃at -0.06 to -0.08 Mpa through precise vacuum technology, effectively ensuring the freshness and storability of rice bricks. Relying on core components such as Siemens PLC and Schneider contactors, the equipment operates stably and is suitable for production environments ranging from 0 to 40℃, meeting the stringent requirements of the food processing industry.

With a fixed mold as the core, the machine covers the full range of packaging specifications from 0.3 to 5.0 kg. Combined with three-stage feeding technology and high-precision electronic weighing scales, it accurately controls the metering error within ±2g, with a graduation value of 1g. To meet the needs of multi-specification production, the machine is equipped with a memory recipe function that can save various parameters. With a single button switch, it can complete specification adjustments quickly and conveniently. The bag storage capacity is about 400 bags, and the multi-bag library continuous loop design allows for bag replenishment at any time to reduce downtime. The packaging speed remains stable at 550-650 packs per hour.

Multiple intelligent technologies ensure efficient production: The automatic bag alignment technology ensures smooth bag opening. When bag opening fails at a certain position, the automatic rejection system can handle it without manual intervention and does not affect the operation of the bag library on the other side. The machine supports free switching between fully automatic and semi-automatic modes. Its unique automatic bag removal technology reduces material loss. Combined with the stable drive of Taiwan's high-precision motors and Japan's SMC cylinders, it achieves continuous production. The size design of 2194*3840*2538mm balances production capacity and workshop layout compatibility.

The machine integrates intelligent Internet of Things technology, supporting remote operation and upgrades. The Siemens DP communication function helps with workshop digital management. Core components are all selected from well-known brands. The German Leybold vacuum pump ensures vacuum performance, the Japanese Omron sensor improves detection accuracy, and the Taiwan Mean Well switch power supply provides stable power.
